Three Sixty Project has seen Skate Programs from all over the world make a real difference in the lives of under-privileged and at-risk youth. In the 2 years since our launch in 2010, we have been lucky enough to work closely with many of them, but the time has come to increase the impact we can have. We have a new direction, a solid team and strong partnerships. To celebrate where we’ve come from, but more importantly, where we’re headed – we’re stoked to announce we’re kicking it off with a relaunch part

y in Sydney on 12.12.12.Taking place at The Tate in Glebe, the night will include a deck exhibition featuring one-off artworks from some amazing Australian artists, including Rebecca Murphy, Ben Brown, Brett Chan, Alex Lehours, Ox, Benjamin Reeve, Chris Yee, Matt Dampney, Mulga the Artist, Pigeonboy, The Dirt, Benjamin Fesselet, Qwux, Claire Perini, Jodee Knowles, Tim Andrew, Skulk and many more, as well as 3 artists painting live on the night. Each deck will be available to purchase via a silent auction, with all funds raised going directly to Three Sixty Project and the Programs we support.

A photo exhibition by Steve Tierney will also be on display. Steve, a Sydney-based former pro-skater, has lived in Phnom Penh and volunteered at Skateistan Cambodia for the past year. Paying homage to the former Rugby League team North Sydney Bears, we collaborated with Sydney based illustrator Chris Yee to release a limited edition tee to celebrate the opening of our new space over the bridge. The tees will be available Thursday 6th of December @ CAPSULE North as well as Online. Photography by Dakota Gordon.

Crab Shack

A few weeks ago Cam Wall and I did a mural for Eat Art Truck and their newly opened sit down venue, Truckstop.

The theme was “Creole Cookout” – A fusion between Southern soul food and traditional Japanese. The concept of the mural was to depict two giant sized god-zilla/kaiju shellfish. This is what we came up with.
